Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Software Developer to join our technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for building high-quality, innovative, and fully performing software that complies with coding standards and technical design. You will work across the software development lifecycle to design, code, test, and deploy scalable solutions for complex business problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for web and enterprise applications.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, architects, and product managers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Code Review & Quality: Participate in code reviews, maintain high standards of code quality, and ensure proper unit testing.
- Troubleshooting: Debug, troubleshoot, and fix system defects or performance issues in existing applications.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to continuously improve engineering processes.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 2–8 years of hands-on experience in software development.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in core programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, or C++).
- Strong knowledge of web technologies, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with software engineering tools (Git, CI/CD pipelines, JIRA) and agile methodologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a strong plus.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and team collaboration.
